Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 2-5 business/manufacturing days before shipping; then, allow 1-6 business days for ground shipping, depending on your distance from Arizona.
For overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day shipping, we still need the 2-5 business days to make your order before shipping it.

Heritage Pewter reserves the right to change the method of shipments from time to time to best serve our customers.

Claims/Shortage:
Carton shortages and damages must be reported to Heritage Pewter immediately, within 24 hours.
Please have a description of the missing or damaged parts for reference when calling.

Return Goods Authorization:
Any products to be returned to Heritage Pewter must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number AND order number issued by Heritage Pewter.
This number MUST be visible on the outside of package returned, or package will be refused.
Any products returned to Heritage Pewter will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All returns need to be sent prepaid; Heritage Pewter will not accept C.O.D. returns. Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Heritage Pewter will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Any non-defective product returned for refund will be assessed the original shipping charges incurred by Pewter.com.
